Valve Maintenance & Repair

Valve work addresses sealing and operability together. A valve that seals but will not stroke to position is as much an isolation problem as one that leaks, so both are tested and recorded before the valve is accepted back into the line.

Typical scope: in-line and workshop valve maintenance; seat and seal replacement; sealant injection and emergency sealing; actuator servicing and stroke testing; leak testing to the required rate; greasing programmes and valve register updating.
