In-line and external inspection to locate corrosion, wall loss and mechanical damage, consolidated into a single condition record for the line.
Inspection is aimed at producing one condition record for the line rather than a set of unrelated surveys. In-line and external results are referenced to the same chainage, so an indication found by one method can be confirmed and located by another.
Typical scope: in-line inspection support and tool tracking; external corrosion and coating surveys; close interval potential survey; direct assessment at excavation sites; wall thickness verification of reported features; consolidated condition reporting against chainage.
