Nitrogen Services & Leak Testing
Liquid and gaseous nitrogen for purging, inerting and pressure testing, together with helium leak testing of critical joints and systems.
Nitrogen is used where oxygen or moisture cannot be tolerated, and helium leak testing finds the small leaks that a pressure hold will never reveal. The two are used together where a joint must be proven tight rather than simply shown not to fail.
Typical scope: nitrogen purging, inerting and blanketing; pressure testing with nitrogen where hydrostatic testing is unsuitable; helium leak testing of critical joints and systems; oxygen and dew point monitoring during purge; leak location and rate measurement; test certificates and purge records.
Part of Pipeline Management.
