Descaling, Cleaning & Pigging

Pigging is planned around what is in the line and what the line will accept. Pig type, sequence and launch conditions are chosen from the deposit expected and the internal geometry, because an over-aggressive first pass is how pigs get stuck.

Typical scope: pig selection and run planning; descaling, wax and debris removal; progressive cleaning runs and gauging plates; pig tracking and receipt; launcher and receiver operation; debris analysis and reporting of internal condition.
