Pipeline Integrity Management

In-trench evaluation of reported anomalies, fitness-for-service assessment and remaining-life estimation used to prioritise repair and set survey intervals.

Integrity management turns inspection data into an intervention plan. Reported anomalies are assessed against acceptance criteria, remaining life is estimated from the corrosion rate the data actually shows, and repairs are ranked so the highest-risk feature is addressed first rather than the most convenient.

Typical scope: anomaly assessment and fitness-for-service evaluation; corrosion rate and remaining life estimation; repair prioritisation and intervention planning; re-inspection interval setting; integrity records and reporting; review following any change of service or operating condition.
