Structural Fabrication
Fabrication of platform structures, decks, skids and support steelwork to approved drawings, with weld procedures and material traceability maintained throughout.
Fabrication is driven by the approved drawing and the weld procedure that goes with it. Material is identified and traced from receipt, fit-up is checked before welding starts, and dimensional control is recorded at each stage, so the finished piece arrives at site within tolerance rather than needing rework in position.
Typical scope: primary and secondary steelwork; deck sections, walkways and handrails; equipment supports and skid frames; padeyes and lifting points; surface preparation and protective coating; dimensional and weld inspection records issued with the finished item.
