Onshore Facility Construction
Civil, structural and mechanical construction for onshore plant and terminal facilities, from foundations through to equipment installation.
Onshore construction is sequenced around the interfaces rather than the trades. Civil, structural, mechanical and electrical work is planned so each discipline hands over a completed and inspected interface to the next, and the record follows the work instead of being assembled at the end of the job.
Typical scope: foundations, plinths and civil works; structural steel erection; equipment setting and alignment; piping installation and testing; electrical and instrument installation; pre-commissioning checks and handover documentation.
