Modular Skids & Cargo Frames
Build of skid frames, containerised units and offshore lifting frames to the certification and load-testing required for offshore transfer.
A frame intended for offshore transfer is designed and built to be lifted. Padeye positions, load paths and the certification route are settled before fabrication starts, and the finished unit is proof loaded and certified rather than simply weighed and shipped.
Typical scope: skid and baseframe fabrication; containerised units and half-height baskets; offshore lifting frames and spreader bars; padeye fitting and NDT; proof load testing, weighing and certification; identification plates and register entry.
