Pipe Spooling & Fabrication
Isometric take-off, shop fabrication and delivery of pipe spools, with dimensional control and weld records kept against each spool number.
Spools are built from isometrics and returned as numbered, traceable items. Take-off, cutting, fit-up and welding are controlled against the line class, and each spool carries its own dimensional and weld record, so it can be installed in sequence without being re-measured at site.
Typical scope: isometric and material take-off; cutting, bevelling and fit-up; shop welding and NDT; pickling and passivation where the service demands it; coating; spool marking, listing and delivery in installation order.
