Conductor & Wellhead Prefabrication
Prefabrication of conductor pipe, casing joints and wellhead components, welded and dimensionally checked before delivery to the drilling location.
Conductor and casing joints are prefabricated ahead of the rig so drilling is not waiting on welding. Joints are welded to procedure, dimensionally checked and marked against the string they belong to, then delivered in running order.
Typical scope: conductor pipe welding and bevelling; casing and wellhead component preparation; weld-on connectors and centralisers; NDT of completed joints; marking, listing and delivery to the well site in running sequence.
