Pump Overhaul & Repair

A pump is overhauled back to its duty point, not merely reassembled. Clearances, wear ring gaps and impeller condition decide whether performance can be restored at all, and the pump is tested against its curve before it is accepted back.

Typical scope: strip, clean and dimensional inspection; impeller, wear ring and shaft assessment; mechanical seal replacement and seal support review; bearing and coupling renewal; reassembly to recorded clearances; performance and vibration testing before return to service.
