Valve & Manifold Servicing

Valve faults are very often contamination faults, so servicing deals with the condition of the fluid alongside the valve itself, and each valve is function tested on its manifold rather than in isolation on a bench.

Typical scope: strip, clean and inspection of directional, pressure and flow control valves; cartridge valve and manifold servicing; solenoid and coil replacement; seal kits and spool condition assessment; setting and function testing; leak testing on reassembly.
