What the bore and rod will accept decides the repair. Measured wear determines whether a cylinder is resealed, honed, re-chromed, sleeved or replaced, and pressure testing after assembly confirms that decision before it goes back into a load path.

Typical scope: dismantling and dimensional inspection; bore honing and rod re-chroming; seal, bearing and wiper replacement; end cap and port repair; reassembly and hydrostatic pressure testing; painting and identification marking.
