Hose Assembly & Replacement

Assemblies are made to the pressure rating and thread form of the application and crimped with the die matched to that hose and fitting combination. A mismatched crimp holds on the bench and lets go under pressure, which is why the combination is controlled rather than improvised.

Typical scope: measurement and assembly to length; crimping to the manufacturer's die specification; adaptor and quick-coupling fitting; pressure testing and cleanliness flushing; identification tagging; planned replacement of assemblies approaching end of life.
