Shutdown & Turnaround Support
Planning and execution of shutdown scopes, with manpower, tooling and inspection coordinated to return the plant to service on schedule.
A turnaround is decided in the planning. Scope is frozen, tasks are sequenced against the critical path, and materials, tooling and manpower are staged before the plant comes down, so time on site is spent working rather than waiting for something to arrive.
Typical scope: scope review and work pack preparation; manpower and tooling mobilisation; execution of mechanical, piping and inspection scopes; emergent work management; reinstatement and leak testing; handback documentation and close-out reporting.
Part of General Maintenance.
