Upkeep of buildings, structures, walkways and coatings across a facility, including remedial work identified during routine inspection.
Fabric maintenance closes out the deterioration that inspection has already found. Coatings, structures, walkways and drainage are repaired on a planned basis, so small defects are dealt with before they become access restrictions or integrity concerns.
Typical scope: structural steel and platform repairs; walkway, grating and handrail replacement; coating touch-up and recoating; insulation and cladding repair; building fabric and drainage works; defect close-out against the inspection register.
