Installation, configuration and fault-finding on PLC, DCS and ESD systems, including modification of existing control logic.
Changes to control and safety systems are made under a documented change. Logic is reviewed and tested before it is downloaded, and safety functions are proof tested rather than assumed to work on the grounds that the software compiled without error.
Typical scope: PLC, DCS and ESD installation and configuration; logic modification under change control; I/O checks and system integration testing; safety function proof testing; HMI and alarm configuration; fault diagnosis on systems already in service.
