Pressure Testing & Certification
Hydrostatic testing of hose assemblies to the required interval, issued with certificates that satisfy the operator's assurance regime.
Testing is carried out at the interval and pressure the service requires, and the result is recorded against the hose's own identity. A certificate that cannot be traced back to a specific assembly proves nothing about the one hanging on the rack.
Typical scope: hydrostatic testing to the specified test pressure; visual and dimensional examination before test; electrical continuity testing where required; certification against each tagged identity; quarantine and disposal of failed assemblies; register update on completion.
