Replacement & Change-out Programmes

Change-out is planned around the operation, so hoses are replaced during available access instead of after a failure. Assemblies approaching end of life are grouped by system and isolation requirement, which keeps the number of separate shutdowns down.

Typical scope: replacement planning from register data; grouping by system, isolation and access; pre-made assemblies staged before the window opens; controlled removal and installation; post-installation pressure and leak testing; register update and certification issue.
