Hose Assembly & Fabrication

Assemblies are built from a matched hose, ferrule and fitting combination and crimped to the manufacturer's die specification, so the finished item performs to the rating printed on it rather than to an assumption made during assembly.

Typical scope: cutting and assembly to measured length; crimping and swaging to specification; end fitting, flange and coupling selection; cleaning and capping before dispatch; proof testing and certification; tagging and entry into the hose register.
