Foundation — Establishing a Vision for Excellence
Elatronics Ventures was founded as an indigenous Nigerian engineering and oil & gas servicing company with a mission to deliver quality engineering, procurement, maintenance, and technical support services. This established the company's commitment to customer satisfaction, quality service delivery, and dependable engineering solutions for Nigeria's growing energy industry.
2021
Expansion into Engineering & Procurement Services
The company expanded its operations beyond general contracting to provide comprehensive procurement, engineering, inspection, maintenance, and project management solutions for industrial clients. This enabled Elatronics Ventures to provide complete end-to-end technical support, helping clients reduce project risks while improving operational efficiency.
2022
Strengthening Technical Capabilities
Elatronics Ventures broadened its portfolio to include specialized services such as Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), corrosion control, tank cleaning and maintenance, calibration services, electrical installation, rotating equipment support, and industrial lighting solutions. These capabilities positioned the company as a multidisciplinary engineering partner capable of supporting critical industrial assets throughout their operational lifecycle
